Tasting Notes:
This classic Hunter Shiraz was aged for 18 months in French and American
oak barrels. Deep ruby red in colour, with a nose of dark berry fruits
and spicy black pepper integrated well by savoury oak. A ripe generous
Hunter Shiraz with sweet mid palate fruit, well balanced by savoury tannins.
Perfect with red meat or cheese.
.
“A traditional style with a lovely spicy, lifted raspberry nose
and ‘bubblegum’ oak. Distinct white pepper characters on the
palate, with everything in seamless balance”
