TATLER NIGEL'S SEMILLON
Since first release our Semillons have been awarded
4 trophies, 6 gold, 6 silver and 35 bronze medals.

Aim:
To create a classic but contemporary style.

  • Modern viticultural techniques to produce exemplary fruit.
  • Knowledgeable and innovative wine making
    (winemaker Jim Chatto & Ross Pearson).

Result:
This Hunter Semillon was grown in the Lovedale region Straw green in colour, with aromas of lemongrass, lime with flinty overtones. A classic Hunter Semillon, crisp and lively with great minerality and length of flavour. Perfect with all fresh seafood.
