Tasting Notes:
Exceptional growing conditions and fruit from 2007 allowed us to release
this beautiful reserve Shiraz. The “Nonpariel” will only be
released when conditions and fruit are suitable. Deep ruby red in colour,
with ripe blackberry and plum on the nose, with hints of pepper complimented
by fine French and American oak. A beautiful wine showing ripe fruit,
balanced well by savoury tannins, providing great structure and length.
