"Elegant and supple, the medium bodied palate with a delicious
array of red and black fruits, gossamer tannins and controlled oak. Screwcap.
10.4% alcohol.
Cellar to 2026"
The “Nonpariel” is only released in years when conditions and selected fruit is suitable.
Exceptional growing conditions in 2009 allowed for this release. Made from individually selected fruit parcels from the Hunter Valley (60%) and McLaren Vale (40%), and matured in
brand new French 500L puncheons for 18 months before careful bottling. Rich ruby red in
colour, with ripe blackberry, plum and earthy aromas, well supported by juicy tannins makes
this wine a worthy addition to any cellar.
