Six family owned and operated vineyards have joined together to blend wine from fruit produced solely from their low yielding vines. The result is a classic wine an elegant style typical of grapes grown exclusively in the Hunter Valley. This medium bodied shiraz shows full fruit flavor, solid oak and a good tannin structure. Perfect with Italian cuisine and cheese.
